Built for the body
that builds the country.
Long shifts. Heavy physical labour. Recovery between rosters. The AI coach adjusts to the work week you're actually on — and rebuilds your next session around it.
Built around the joints
that cop the most punishment.
Tell the coach what's sore. It swaps out the lift, scales the volume, and programs the recovery — without you having to invent a workout around a busted shoulder.
Lower Back
Hinge patterns swapped for trap-bar work. Heavy axial loading cut until the back settles. Deadlifts replaced with rack pulls or hip thrusts when you're cooked.

Knees taking a beating from concrete and ladders? The coach swaps deep squats and box jumps for leg presses, sissy squats, or step-ups. Volume scales based on how much kneeling today's shift had.
Read the prehab guide →Shoulders
Overhead work swapped to neutral-grip pressing. Heavy bench pulls in, flat bench out. Rotator cuff gets a daily activation warm-up the coach drops in for as long as it's needed.
Wrist / Hands
Grip endurance dropping, lateral epicondylitis flaring up after screwdriver shifts, tingling fingers on the tools? The coach swaps heavy pulling and axial wrist loading for neutral-grip work and drops in the prehab block on shift days.

Five hours between swings isn't the time for a personal best. The coach downgrades volume, swaps barbell compounds for machines, and front-loads the week so you don't dig the hole any deeper.

How much time a day does this actually need?
Yeah, nah, you don't have to live in the gym — most sessions run 30–40 minutes, and if you're FIFO between swings and you've got no equipment, the coach drops in a shorter bodyweight block you can smash out in the donga; tell it you're on night shift and it shifts the heavy work to your off-roster days instead of front-loading you when you're cooked.
What gear do I need?
Whatever you've actually got — full commercial gym, home rack in the garage, or no equipment at all, which you pick during onboarding and the coach writes to it; camped out between swings with nothing to lift gets you a bodyweight session that doesn't pretend there's a barbell sitting in the kitchen, and full rack at home on weekends with calisthenics mid-week switches between them without you having to think about it.
Is it safe if I've already got a crook back?
Yeah — tell the coach what's sore during onboarding and it stores that on your profile, then reads it every time it writes a session, before it loads the lifts, not after, so the four things listed above (lower back, knees, shoulders, sleep recovery) get covered automatically; if something pulls mid-set, stop and tell the coach, and it downgrades the next session.
How's this different from a PT?
A PT writes you a program once, prints it on a sheet, and hands it over. Same workout whether you slept four hours, worked a 12-hour shift, or your shoulder is stuffed. You stick to the sheet or you don't. IronBlueprint rewrites your session every time — based on how you feel, what's sore this week, and how the last block went. A good PT in Australia runs $80 a session and knocks off at 6pm. The coach doesn't.
What happens if I want a refund?
Foundation has the explicit 30-day guarantee shown on the Pricing page — if it's not for you, email support and the team sorts it out. Premium is month-to-month, cancellable from your dashboard, no lock-in. One email is all it takes either way.
How do I track results week-to-week?
Every chat with the coach is saved — you can scroll back through past sessions anytime, and the progress page lays out the week-to-week trend. The coach logs what you tell it, so honest week-to-week entries (sleep, shift load, soreness) are what make the trend actually useful.

Tell it your roster
in plain English.
Not a checkbox. A sentence. The coach saves it as soon as you say it.
"2/1 FIFO on a Pilbara site." "Swing, eight-on-six-off." "Monday-to-Friday on the tools." Tell the coach once, and it knows which day you're on for every session after that. Heavy lifts on your off-roster days. Shorter recovery sessions between long shifts. The plan adjusts week to week based on the roster that's actually in front of you — not the one someone printed off six weeks ago.
