Told the coach my 2/1 roster and it just knew — heavy on my days off, shorter sessions between swings. First program that hasn't treated FIFO like an afterthought.
Camp gym with a rack and a couple of dumbbells. Gets more out of it than the PT I was paying eighty bucks a session for. Saves me an hour a week at least.
Shoulder started playing up after long days on the tools. Coach swapped my pressing for the week without me having to ask. That's the bit that sold me.

For tradies. Not for gym bros.
IronBlueprint was built by people who spent years on the tools and in the mines, then trained hundreds of Aussie tradies in person. We saw the same thing over and over: free apps giving the same "leg day" to a chippie who'd already worked ten hours on his feet.
Tradie bodies aren't the same as the bodies generic apps are programmed for. Lower backs carrying sheets of plasterboard. Shoulders overhead all day. Rosters that flip every week. A 2/1 FIFO swing and a Monday–Friday sparky don't run the same program — yet every other app hands them one and tells them to "stay consistent."
IronBlueprint rewrites the session every time you ask, around your roster, your injuries, and what's sore this week. It's the difference between a program that knows your body has been on a roof all day and one that doesn't even know you have a roster.
What's actually included in the Foundation lifetime offer?
Everything in Premium — unlimited AI coaching, personal workout generator, injury-aware substitutions, full progress tracking — forever. Your price is locked in, so no surprises when rates go up. You also get early access to new features and you're supporting an Aussie-built product that's built for tradies, not gym bros.
Foundation is capped at 100 lifetime members. Once those spots are gone, the price you've paid is the only time you'll ever see it. That's not just cheaper — it's the only chance at this price.
How does the AI Coach fit a 2/1 FIFO or swing roster?
Tell the coach your roster in plain English during onboarding — "I'm 2/1 FIFO on a Pilbara site" or "swing, eight days on six days off." It saves that as the first thing it knows about you, not a checkbox to fill in later.
Each session loads the right intensity for the day you're on. Heavy lifts on your off-roster days. Shorter recovery sessions between long shifts. The plan adjusts week to week based on the roster that's actually in front of you — not the one someone printed off six weeks ago.
What equipment do I need?
Whatever you've got. Full commercial gym, home gym in the garage, or no equipment at all — pick during onboarding and the coach programs to it.
If you're camped out between swings with nothing to lift, it'll hand you a bodyweight session that doesn't pretend there's a barbell sitting in the kitchen. If you've got a full rack at home, it'll use it. Commercial gym on weekends and calisthenics during the week? It switches between them.
How do refunds and cancellations work?
Premium is month-to-month. Cancel from your dashboard anytime — no lock-in, no phone calls, no questions. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Lifetime is a one-time payment, so there's nothing to cancel. If the product's not for you in the first stretch, email support and the team will sort it out. We'd rather you get your money back than feel stuck with something you don't use.
How is this different from a regular PT gym program?
A PT writes you a program once, prints it on a sheet, and hands it over. Same workout whether you slept badly, worked a 12-hour shift, or your shoulder is stuffed. You stick to the sheet or you don't — the program doesn't know or care which.
IronBlueprint rewrites your session every time you ask. Based on how you feel, how long you've got, what's sore this week, and how the last block went. A good PT in Australia runs $80 a session and is home by 6pm. The coach costs less than a gym membership and doesn't knock off.
