What TGH collects, how AI Coach chat data and signup data are handled, and your right to ask for it back. Effective from 2026-07-29.

1. Overview

IronBlueprint is operated by TGH ("we", "us", "the team"). This page explains, in plain English, what data TGH holds on you, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can ask for it to be deleted.

We've split the page into the data sources that actually exist — signup data, AI Coach chat data, and billing data — so you can see exactly what's tied to which part of the product. If anything below is unclear, email the team.

2. What TGH collects

TGH collects three categories of data. They are stored separately and used for different things:

Account & signup data

The basics you hand over when you create an IronBlueprint account:

  • Email address — used to sign you in and contact you about your account.
  • Signup fields — name (if collected), plus the onboarding answers you give us (occupation, injuries, gym access, goals, schedule). These power the AI Coach so it can build workouts that fit your reality.
  • Subscription state — which tier you're on (Free, Premium, or Foundation Member) and how many free AI Coach messages you've used.

AI Coach chat data

When you use the AI Coach, the product stores your conversation history — the messages you send and the coach's replies. This is held in two tables: conversations (the session title and timestamp) and messages (each user message and the coach reply, with role and content).

Your AI Coach chat data is kept separately from your signup profile data. Deleting your conversations does not delete your account, and deleting your account removes both.

Billing data

TGH does not see or store your card number, CVV, or full card details. Card payments are handled by a third-party payment processor — see section 4 for the full breakdown on Stripe Connect. The billing data TGH itself keeps is limited to subscription state (tier, status, renewal/cancel history on your account) and the transaction metadata Stripe sends back to us after a successful charge.

3. How it's used

We use your data to run IronBlueprint, nothing else. Specifically:

  • To deliver coaching. Your AI Coach messages are sent to a language model via the Polsia AI proxy (which fronts OpenAI) so the coach can reply. Polsia is a sub-processor for AI Coach replies. We do not sell or rent your messages to anyone.
  • To remember your profile across sessions. Your onboarding answers and conversation history are loaded when you sign in so the coach picks up where you left off and your training context (injuries, schedule, gear) survives between visits.
  • To process the Foundation Member purchase. If you buy the Foundation lifetime offer, the payment goes through Stripe Connect (see section 4) and the resulting subscription state is recorded against your account.
  • To send transactional emails about your account. Receipts, billing confirmations, and service notices that are directly about your account or purchase. We do not send marketing email off the back of this data.

4. Stripe Connect & billing

Payments on IronBlueprint are processed by Stripe (via Stripe Connect). Stripe is the payment processor for the Foundation Member lifetime purchase and for any future Premium subscription charges.

What Stripe sees

When you pay, the card details, billing address, transaction amount, and the signals Stripe uses for fraud screening go directly to Stripe — TGH never receives them. We never see your card number, CVV, or full card details at any point.

Stripe sends back to TGH the transaction metadata needed to mark your account paid: whether the charge succeeded, what was purchased, the plan identifier, and the timestamp. That metadata is what unlocks your tier on IronBlueprint.

What TGH stores

For billing, TGH stores the subscription state on your account — tier, status, and renewal/cancel history. We do not store card numbers, CVVs, or full payment instruments. Stripe is the system of record for payment method data.

Stripe's own terms

Stripe processes your payment data under Stripe's own privacy policy and terms of service. We use Stripe Connect, which routes the charge to TGH's connected Stripe account and keeps a platform fee with Polsia.

5. Retention

Account & signup data

Held for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, this data is removed from active systems (see section 6).

AI Coach chat data

Your AI Coach messages and the coach's replies are kept as part of your conversation history. They are not deleted automatically — they're kept so the coach has context next time you come back. They live separately from your signup profile data. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time (see section 6).

Billing records

Transaction records (what was purchased, when, for how much) are retained for the period required by Australian tax law — typically around 7 years from the date of the transaction, regardless of whether your account is still active.

6. Your right to deletion

You can ask for your account, profile, conversations, and AI Coach messages to be deleted at any time. Email the address in section 8 and the team will action it.

When you request deletion:

  • Your account, signup profile, and AI Coach chat data are removed from active systems.
  • Billing records are retained only as long as Australian tax law requires — typically around 7 years.
  • Aggregated or anonymised data — for example, total Foundation Member counts with no link to your identity — may remain for internal analytics.

If you're on a paid tier (Premium or Foundation Member), deletion ends your access at the same time. Foundation lifetime access ends with your account; the 30-day money-back guarantee described in the Terms still applies if you've bought Foundation within the last 30 days.

7. Changes to this policy

TGH may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make a material change we'll announce it in-product — a banner in the app or a note in your next coach session — so you see it before it takes effect.

The updated policy will have a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a material change is your acceptance of the new policy. If you don't agree with the new policy, stop using the service and ask for deletion under section 6. If you've bought a Foundation membership within the last 30 days and the change is the reason you're leaving, the 30-day money-back guarantee still applies.
